Baktocake/Boerencake








INGREDIENTS


  • 1000 Gram Baktocake mix  

  • 550 Gram Manteka (Danipan)  

  • 500 Gram Webu  

  • 25 Gram Citroenrasp




PREPARATION

  1. Stap 1 Sende e fòrnu na 160˚C. Prepará e forma ku ta bai huza dor di smer e ku zeta.  

  2. Stap 2 Bati e manteka lage bira suave.  

  3. Stap 3 Despues pone e webu nan un pa un i lagé bati pa 3 minüt. ​  

  4. Stap 4 Agrega e baktocake mix i lage bati un ratu.  

  5. Stap 5 Basha e meskla den e forma i mandé fòrnu pa mas e menos 60 pa 70 minüt.
